good delivery and prices but their billing system is broken
I've been using Dynasty for several years. They are good. Their office practices are poor. I used to keep a credit card on file for them to charge. They haven't been able to do that in the last year. They don't send a bill when they have a problem. I had to call every fill up this last year to pay my bill and gave them the same card each time. This last time, I called to pay my bill with the same card and a month later I received another bill with an added finance charge. They said that the card worked on the phone and said that they would keep the card on file. I'm looking elsewhere for a reliable delivery service.
