If you use our site, we will collect data from your computer that helps us with standard/common website things like analytics and figuring out what size your screen is so we can format web pages to fit your browser. If you create a listing on PropaneSearch.com, the information you provide on your listing will be made publicly available to users of the site. Any pricing or reviews you add to a listing will be made publicly available on PropaneSeach.com
We do our best to manage security, but there are some things that are out of our hands. The contact forms on our site for example, like most other sites, function just like sending an email. Emails may be intercepted once they leave our site; email accounts can be hacked/stolen, etc. If you want us to delete a listing, pricing information or your account completely, let us know and we’ll do it. We do not collect any information for sale to third parties. We only collect information we need to perform regular site functions and maintenance (such as analytics), and to deliver our service to users.
Note: when you publish a listing on this site your email address and user name is visible as plain text in listing page source code.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://propanesearch.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND TRAFFIC DATA WE COLLECT

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. In addition to the above information, we also collect personally identifying information when you submit a listing(s) to be included on propanesearch.com. All of the information that you include in your profile and/or your listing will be collected and stored in the website database. The information you include in your listing(s) will be publicly available to users of the site.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information, and personally identifying information such as that which you submit to be included in your listing(s).
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We use the personally identifying information you provide during your registration to contact you regarding issues with the site, problems with your listing(s), copyright claims, promotional offers, and to respond to inquiries and/or comments you submit to us.
The information you submit when creating a listing on PropaneSearch.com is used to communicate the details of the listing’s services to others who use this Site. All information that you submit on the listing submission page will be public and available to all users of PropaneSeach.com. This information will be presented on the listing page and may be used for other purposes such as to identify you if you write or review a listing on the site or for us to contact you if the information you provided in registration is incomplete or inaccurate.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Google Analytics and Jetpack to help us understand how our customers use the Site.

DO NOT TRACK
Did you know there is a setting on many web browsers that lets you tell websites that you don’t want to be tracked? We didn’t either! This didn’t really become a thing until 2010, but there are not yet any laws that require websites to do anything about people using Do Not Track settings. However, California law requires that websites indicate how they handle Do Not Track signals. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. Honestly, doing anything about Do Not Track signals is currently beyond our technical abilities, but we will keep abreast of legislation surrounding this and other privacy related issues and will adjust our practices accordingly.
INFORMATION THAT PASSES THROUGH OUR SITE THAT WE DO NOT TRACK

PropaneSearch.com includes the ability for users to contact propane providers via a contact form that is placed on each listing. This contact form acts as a form of email communication between the user and the business owner. These messages are sent directly to the business owner(s) and the content of these messages are not collected or stored on PropaneSearch.com or any place else.
-Payment Information
We use third party platforms to process payments made to us. This means that we do not collect or store any of your credit card, debit, or checking account numbers, or any other payment account information. The payment related information we do collect is limited to your name, address, and other information needed to identify you. All other information regarding payment methods are handled by third parties and PropaneSearch.com does not have access to any of this information.
DATA RETENTION
When you sign up, login, place an order, or submit any data through the Site, we will maintain this data until you ask us to delete this information. We also retain data related to your listing(s) and the information contained in it. If you would like your user information or any data you submitted deleted from the Site, send an email to info@23.20.99.62.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. If we make changes to this privacy policy they will be noted by dates listing here:
